MTHFR & BHMT Assist (METHYL BOOST) provides support for both the Folate Cycle (MTHFR) and the Methionine Cycle (BHMT). Compared to METHYL BOOST +, this formulation provides less methyl support (necessary to due to CBS, COMT, and MAO variants and/or epigenetic factors), containing the non-methylated form of vitamin B12, hydroxocobalamin, a smaller amount of trimethylglycine (TMG), less vitamin B6, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine to support BHMT (in addition to betaine) and a small amount of niacin to reduce methyl groups. It also contains additional important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, biotin, chelated TRAACS® magnesium and zinc, lithium, Pancreatin and New Zealand glandulars. This unique “low dose” methyl support is gentle and highly effective in supporting various metabolic pathways.
