Boiled Eggs and Veggies

  • 2 hard boiled eggs (Check our recipe for "perfectly" boiled eggs)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Salt (to taste)
  1. Mixed hard boiled eggs with veggies add salt and/or pepper to taste.

Feel free to add any kind of veggies like spinach, zucchini or carrots.
