Blender Mayonnaise 2

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  1. Combine eggs, lemon juice, and salt in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Slowly add the oil until the ingredients are mixed and have thickened. Refrigerate in a glass jar. Use as you would any other mayonnaise.
