STEAK MARINADE
- 2 lbs. of flank steak or boneless sirloin tip
- 1/2 c. Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 2- inch piece of ginger (minced)
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- Marinate steak 4 hours up to overnight.
