EGG AND SPINACH BAKE
- quart Chopped (fresh spinach (enough to fill acasserole dish))
- 1 egg (beaten until fluffy.)
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees, and oil the casserole dish.
- Mix the spinach and egg and pour into the dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Vary by using chopped asparagus or green beans, or use a mixture of
vegetables and greens.
