EGG AND SPINACH BAKE

  • quart Chopped (fresh spinach (enough to fill acasserole dish))
  • 1 egg (beaten until fluffy.)
  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees, and oil the casserole dish.
  2. Mix the spinach and egg and pour into the dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Vary by using chopped asparagus or green beans, or use a mixture of
    vegetables and greens.
