Blender Mayonnaise 1

  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 2 tbso fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  • Combine eggs, lemon juice, and salt in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Slowly add the oil until the ingredients are mixed and have thickened. Refrigerate in a glass jar. Use as you would any other mayonnaise.
