Ingredients

lbs. ground lamb

tsp. ground cumin
1/8
tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/3
c. fresh cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit at least two hours.
Make long flat kabobs on skewers and grill to desired doneness.
Serve with brown rice cooked with fresh dill, 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
