HERB-GARLIC MARINADE FOR CHICKEN, LAMB, OR SHRIMP

Ingredients

large garlic

c. fresh rosemary

c. fresh lemon juice

c. olive oil

c. packed fresh thyme sprigs

Tbsp. kosher salt
ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Mince together garlic, thyme, and rosemary with salt and mash into a paste.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended.
Marinate up to 1 day, covered.
Notes
Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
