Course Main Dish


  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ an onion grated
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh Tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Mix turkey with onion and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Cover bowl with clear wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour for the flavors to blend.
  • Remove from the refrigerator.
  • Make patties and cook them on a skillet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Serve patties with a side of greens, vegetables, and/or brown rice.
