- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ an onion grated
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh Tarragon
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mix turkey with onion and seasonings in a bowl.
- Cover bowl with clear wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour for the flavors to blend.
- Remove from the refrigerator.
- Make patties and cook them on a skillet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Serve patties with a side of greens, vegetables, and/or brown rice.
