The original title of this post was, well I cant say what the original title was because algorithms in search engines would probably ensure that no one would read the email. Based on the cited research below however, along with other studies, I thought I’d still try to state it in another way, as you’ll see.
Unless you’re living on another planet, (Dark) you’re being inundated with information of all kinds about the virus, as well as where you might be able to buy some toilet paper!
I have hesitated to add anything additional to the non-stopping postings and news conferences, but after some emails over the weekend asking for my opinion (Chocolate) I thought this might be the best way to respond.
I have been posting about the virus situation on the Facebook groups for a few weeks. Most people contact me about what is the best way to prepare and defend against it (Kills). I’ll mention this first, as this seems to be the most important part of this email for most people, and depending on the time available to me, it may be the only part I get to today.
As you may have heard me say numerous times throughout the years, fungal candida skews the immune response to a Th2 response, which means that it weakens the Th1 response. When the Th2 response goes up, the Th1 response goes down, and vice versa. The Th1 response is the anti fungal response and ALSO the antiviral response. Fungal candida can control and shift the immune response. On the Candida Plan (Cor…), we shift the immune response in two ways. First, we convert the fungal form of candida back to its normal yeast form. This stops candida from driving the Th2 response. Second, we use the Vitamin C and Echinacea in Detox Essentials to drive and balance the Th1 immune response. Taking Vitamin C, Echinacea, Astragalus, and other substances can stimulate the Th1 immune response and improve the body’s response against fungus and viruses (Virus). That’s a very simplistic representation of immune system responses, but one that I have seen work well for over 35 years. This approach stimulates the body’s immune system response against viruses.
Another approach stimulates the development of oxygen species against viruses in the body. Oxygen can act as a pro-oxidant or an antioxidant. Vitamin C taken as a supplement above, is acting more as an antioxidant. What we can do however is harness it’s ability to generate pro-oxidants in the body. Pro-oxidants, also known as Free Radicals, can do damage to tissues over long periods, but they can also destroy viruses, bacteria, and other microbes over the short run. Examples of Free Radicals include hydrogen peroxide, super-oxide, peroxynitrate, nitric oxide, etc. If vitamin C is given as an IV, it breaks down generates high levels of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has been shown to kill this virus.
Nitric oxide is another substance produced by the body that can be beneficial under some circumstances and harmful under others. For various reasons and often commonly found genetic variations, nitric oxide can be in low supply. Nitric oxide has been shown to stop the virus from replicating. It is the iNOS form of nitric oxide that accomplishes this wonderful result and it can be stimulated via foods like arugula, beets, garlic, Dark chocolate, and others. When iNOS is increased in the presence of an infectious agent, it is dramatically increased! Beets and arugula are strong precursors of nitric oxide, although I’m not aware of the effective dose for dark chocolate, so I’ll leave that up to whomever does that research. An easy way to accomplish increased nitric oxide (NO) levels is via Neo40 Pro or Berkeley Life. Both are found on the Candida Plan website under Genetic Nutrition. NOS Assist would be another one.
Some people have asked about various forms of chlorine compounds after hearing from an MD that some old chlorine-based drugs like chloroquine could be effective against the virus. The problem with chloroquine is the hundred or so side-effects which includes death. Like the hydrogen peroxide above, this would be taking the free radical approach to kill the virus. A better option down this road would be a product like Dioxychlor. You can find that online. It’s definitely safer and more likely to be beneficial without being harmful.
I think this covers the main resources that I would suggest at this point. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of anyone get sick from a virus while on the Candida Plan and that stands to reason.
As for all of the crisis around this virus, I find it mystifying and misplaced. In the United Sates, we have already had between 20,000 and 50,000 deaths this flu season from the flu and nobody talks about that. Death estimates for the current virus have already been lowered dramatically with the majority of the population in the .2 to .5 range.
The “experts”, not surprisingly, all lobby for more funds to develop the vaccines that they are working on.
The link to pollution is obvious. Consider Wuhan and Milan where the Air Quality supports the development of respiratory diseases. Why hasn’t this been part of the conversation, especially since air pollution, chemicals, and heavy metals also skew the immune response towards a Th2 response, away from the body’s antiviral immunity.
Unless you’re over 60 years of age, and especially over 80 years of age, there’s not much need for concern. Even then you need to have underlying diseases like cardiovascular disease (NO helps this), hypertension, (NO helps this), and respiratory diseases (NO helps this). Air pollution depletes NO. Could this be a major factor? Whether it is or not, keeping nitric oxide levels up is a very good idea on many fronts.
Aside from this, I’m positive that in a month or two, we’ll be finding out about all the things you can do with toilet paper that no one ever thought of before.
For those of you who solved the previous title puzzle, Congratulations!
