Ingredients
  • 1 small onion
  • 1clove garlic
  • 1/2lb steamed green beans
  • 2cups cooked brown rice
  • 1tsp dried drillor 1/8 cup of fresh drill
  • Saltto taste
  • ground pepperto taste
  • 2tbsp olive oilextra virgin
  • 1 lime(optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, cook onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are golden. Then, add steamed green beans, brown rice, and dill and mix all items. Let simmer on low heat for about five to six minutes while stirring every minute or two. Pour rice on a plate to serve and squeeze some lime juice on top for some extra flavor.
