Rice Cakes with avocado and sliced turkey
Protein packed and perfect for for a quick refuel during the day. This snack will give quench your hunger in between meals and give you that extra "hump" of energy.
- 1 Avocado smashed
- 4 slices Turkey try to avoid pre-packed and get it fresh at the Deli counter. Avoid any extra ingredients like honey.
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 2-3 Rice Cakes Plain
- Add smashed avocado to the rice cake, add salt then add turkey.
