Lamb Kabobs

Course Main Dish


  • 2 lbs. ground lamb
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
  • 1/3 c. fresh cilantro chopped


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Let sit at least two hours.
  • Make long flat kabobs on skewers and grill to desired doneness.
  • Serve with brown rice cooked with fresh dill, 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
