- 2 lbs. ground lamb
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
- 1/3 c. fresh cilantro chopped
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let sit at least two hours.
- Make long flat kabobs on skewers and grill to desired doneness.
- Serve with brown rice cooked with fresh dill, 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
