In fact, Dr. McCombs has a personal friend who has completed the plan several times and even continued to sweat when not on the plan. Like anything new, if you’re not used to sweating, then you have to work your way up to it. The skin is the body’s largest detoxification organ. Not using it can slow down detoxification of the entire body. If you decide to go ahead with the plan, it is recommended that you get used to the sweating before hand. Start slowly and work your way up to it.
