An important component of Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan is drinking plenty of water. It is recommended that you drink 1 quart of purified water per 50 lbs of body weight per day.

Keeping the bowels moving regularly (ideally 3-4 times per day, or a minimum of 2-3 times per day) is an important component of the Candida Plan.
