You can do a colon cleanse during or after Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan.
The colon (large intestine) is a muscular tube approximately 5 feet in length. It is responsible for eliminating waste, reclaiming water, maintaining the water balance, and synthesizing and absorbing vitamins and nutrients. The colon is one of the main detoxification organs of the body, and a healthy colon is an important part of general wellness.
Normal bowel movements are 3-4 times a day. Less frequent bowel movements cause re-absorption of toxins, and over time can contribute to many conditions in the body.
How To Do A Colon Cleanse
I recommend ConcenTrace Trace Minerals by Trace Mineral Research as a way of assisting with normal bowel movements. It comes in liquid and tablet forms.
How to take Trace Minerals
In the liquid form, you’ll need to take 40-80 drops, 2-3 times a day. ADJUST up or down depending on results. With tablets, the directions on the bottle state to take 2-6 tablets a day. You may have to take more than what is recommended on the label and adjust up or down depending on results. Your body will supply the feedback on what works and what doesn’t. If the amount that you’re taking isn’t producing more bowel movements, then try increasing the dosage.
Another choice can be to use the Colon Program by Pure Body Institute.
How to take the Colon Program
As a dietary supplement, take one to three tablets in the morning and evening one half hour before meals with at least 6 ounces (a full glass) of water.
We recommend doing a parasite cleanse right after completing Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan.
Heavy Metal Detoxification
We recommend doing a Heavy Metal Detox after completing the Parasite Cleanse. You can do the Basic Heavy Metal Detox or the Advanced Heavy Metal Detox. While Dr. McCombs recommends the Advanced program, even the Basic program can produce good results.
