A Note From Dr. McCombs

In over 20 years of experience treating patients using my Candida Plan (formerly called the Lifeforce plan), many people have asked me if there are other cleanses they can do following my program.

In my private practice, I often come across patients who could benefit from cleansing the colon, clearing out parasites, and detoxifying the body from heavy metals. The following cleanses can be done after completing my Candida Plan to address these common health issues. I strongly recommend that my patients complete my Candida Plan first, which is a powerful tool for candida detoxification, re-establishing the normal flora of the tissues, and re-awakening the body’s innate ability to regulate, balance, and protect itself. Without doing the Candida Plan first, these Next Step Cleanses will not have the maximum benefit possible because the body is fighting an uphill battle against multiple toxins.

When you have completed the Candida Plan, please consider these Next Step Cleanses as a way to continue your process of healthy transformation and to support yourself with greater vitality.

Colon Cleanse

You can do a colon cleanse during or after Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan.

Parasite Cleanse

We recommend doing a parasite cleanse right after completing Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan.

Heavy Metal Detoxification

We recommend doing a Heavy Metal Detox after completing the Parasite Cleanse. You can do the Basic Heavy Metal Detox or the Advanced Heavy Metal Detox. While Dr. McCombs recommends the Advanced program, even the Basic program can produce good results.

How to keep the same results after finishing the Candida Plan or get the benefits of a quick “Tune Up” plan

Congratulations on completing Dr. McCombs Candida Plan! Like thousands of others before you who have received the many benefits available from the plan, you may wish to learn more about maintaining your results.

Recommendation

Listen to your body. You may need to delay adding sugars or dairy products if you are still sensitive to these foods. Some individuals decide to continue with the basic diet and eat the other foods, such as dairy or fruit juices or many grains, sparingly if at all. The fact is most people feel very good while they’re on Dr. McCombs’ Candida Plan.

Instructions for the Maintenance Program

This is an ongoing program to be followed right after completing the 16-Week McCombs Plan:

  2. Water: Drink plenty of water.
  3. Sweating: We recommend 2-3 times a week as a way to assist the body.
  4. Food: Eat foods that are best for you.

 

Tune-Up Program (8-Week Program):

After you’ve finished the Plan and want to do a tune-up later on.

  2. Water: Drink one quart of water (32 oz.) for every fifty pounds of body weight.
  3. Sweating: It is recommended that you sweat in a sauna or a hot bath 6 days a week; however, you can also sweat in a steam room or a Jacuzzi.
  4. Food: Eat from our Yes foods and avoid our No foods during the program. After completing the Tune-Up Program reintroduce the foods that you know are best for you in no particular order.
