  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 lb ground beef You can also use leftover beef already cooked.
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin


  • Heat up oil and pan and add beef, tomato, avocado and rice. Cook items and make sure ground beef is thoroughly cooked. Add egg whites and mix and let them cook for a minute or two. Add Bragg’s and stir it through. Let stand for a minute and serve
