Boiled Eggs and Veggies
- 2 hard boiled eggs Check our recipe for "perfectly" boiled eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tomato
- Salt to taste
- Mixed hard boiled eggs with veggies add salt and/or pepper to taste.
Feel free to add any kind of veggies like spinach, zucchini or carrots.
