Boiled Eggs and Veggies

  • 2 hard boiled eggs Check our recipe for "perfectly" boiled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mixed hard boiled eggs with veggies add salt and/or pepper to taste.

Notes

Feel free to add any kind of veggies like spinach, zucchini or carrots.
