Diet needs to be considered in terms of foods that support health and foods that don’t support health. If you look at your approach to eating as being restricted or not restricted, then I would recommend updating that approach.

It is a fact that there are many commonly eaten foods that do nothing to contribute to greater health (at best) or amplify poor health. A question you may want to ask yourself is, “Are the foods I am eating giving me the experience of healthy living I want?” If not, I would recommend changing your approach to how you choose what to eat.

Generally, I find that foods that need sauces are of a lower quality and devoid of nutrients. Organic whole foods are the best choice. Eat foods that work best for your body in promoting health.
