HERB-GARLIC MARINADE FOR CHICKEN, LAMB, OR SHRIMP

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cloves large garlic
  • 1/4 leaves c. fresh rosemary
  • 1 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. packed fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mince together garlic, thyme, and rosemary with salt and mash into a paste.
  • Add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended.
  • Marinate up to 1 day, covered.

Notes

Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
