Detox Essentials: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of the plan. There are 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for 2 weeks. You will need a total of 8 bottles of Detox Essentials for the entire plan.

Trace Mineral Drops are a safe and effective way to assist the body in maintaining balanced mineral levels throughout the day. Trace Minerals can help to replace minerals that may be lost during sweating. Dr. McCombs recommends using Trace Minerals while doing his plan to supply the body with a daily mineral source, replace minerals that may be lost during sweating, and to help keep the bowels moving regularly (normal bowel movements are 3-4 times per day). Trace Minerals are a gentle alternative to herbal-based laxatives, which may be irritating to the bowels. For best results while doing Dr. McCombs' Candida Plan,  take 20-40 drops, once or twice a day. If you have less than normal bowel movements, take 60-80 drops of ConcenTrace Trace Minerals 2-3 times per day. You can adjust your dosage up or down until your bowel movements become regular (3-4 times per day).
